Insight Property Ltd. was formed in 2004 by founding directors Martin Golden, Dermot Power and Paschal O'Flaherty, each of whom have many years experience in property markets. During the past six years the team at Insight Property has developed their German investment property market strategy and built a network of local property partners and related services providers throughout Germany . These services include:

Our People
Martin Golden, Managing Director
Martin has extensive experience in industry as a financial controller, managing director of Snap Printing, Mid West, and worked in practice with KPMG and Ernst & Young in Ireland and overseas.

Dermot Power, Director
Following a successful career in financial services with First Active plc where he had executive responsibility for the branch network and Special Operations, Dermot was a founding director of IPL in 2004.
Dermot holds an MSc in Management from Trinity College, Dublin , and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Paschal O'Flaherty, Director
Paschal previously held branch and senior management positions, including Head of Direct Services UK, with First Active plc during a career spanning over 20 years.
He is a graduate of GMIT, a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (UK).
